Customer-Driven Project Management

As a professional consultant, I consider Total Quality Management (TQM) as one of the greatest management techniques. Written by Bruce Barkley & James Saylor, subtitled A New Paradigm in Total Quality Implementation, this book was released by McGraw-Hill Professional on February 6th, 1992. Just during the period I was studying economics at college. In recent years, new techniques were developed but Customer-Driven Project Management is still a reference for my company in my daily work. The Plot Against the Church

Published in 1962, the same year that Vatican II commenced, “The Plot Against the Church” (PDF) is a document written anonymously under the name of Maurice Pinay by a group of Catholics about the Jewish plot to destroy the Catholic Church. Using excellent historical sources and quoting Jewish and philo-Semitic historians, the book exposes the attacks against Christianity from what it calls the Synagogue of Satan (the Talmudic religion).

The Ernst & Young Guide to Total Cost Management

My company provides cost consulting professional advices for small & medium size businesses. Understand the dynamics of industrial costs is not easy. To add value to industrial processes, the cost consultant needs solid knowledge about cost consulting methodology. Edited by Michael Ostrenga in 1992, the E&Y Guide is one of my bedtime books.
